Ready to start 2021 with a bang, Sleek worked with Bringg on their Sales Kick-Off ‘Knockout’ virtual event.
Typically held in-person over a few days, Sleek worked to transform the event into its virtual format, aiming to recreate the engaging, interactive and inspiring elements of an in-person event online over 4 days.
With delegates attending from around the globe, the virtual event platform had to allow for sales training and attendee engagement and communication.

Sales Kick-Off events are renowned for their ability to re-invigorate sales teams and prepare teams with new products and services knowledge, best practices techniques and sales strategies.
Sleek’s event experts worked with Bringg to build their Sales Kick-Off in the virtual space and understand what would motivate their attendees.
Understanding that high participation and engagement was essential to the success of the event, Sleek had to consider:
A virtual event platform that would allow for live and pre-recorded content, attendee camera screen sharing, breakout rooms, attendee profiles, a live feed and a green room for speakers.
Virtual engagement strategies and activities that ensures attendees both interacted with the content and each other

The Results
Sleek produced a successful virtual event that had the Bringg sales team engaged, learning, participating and competing for an engraved pair of gold boxing gloves that will hang in the Bringg Chicago HQ until next year’s SKO.
Sleek brought Bringg’s virtual Sales Kick off to life with a virtual platform that allowed for both live and pre-recorded content, attendee camera sharing and a green room for speakers. Sleek had the platform custom-designed with Bringg branding and to also include a personal profile page for each attendee to fill out with their picture, bio and social media links and to include a live news feed where attendees could post in real-time.
As engagement is one of the largest concerns when it comes to virtual events, it was important for Sleek to incorporate activities throughout the day along with the training and interactive sessions to prevent ‘Zoom fatigue’ and keep attendees participating. Attendees enjoyed a combination of sessions from both internal and external speakers with different activities to encourage participation and learning. For example, sales teams were taken through experiential training, to enable them with new skills, and then practice them in real-life scenarios. This helped the teams to master these skills quickly while competing with their peers! This allowed for communication between attendees to occur, practical learning and also continued engagement.
At the start of each day, attendees would commence the event with a networking activity such as a morning coffee together, then throughout the day, the event was broken up with breaks for exercise, lunch and more networking.
Sleek encouraged the competitive nature of the sales team to build engagement and participation in the event, including a ‘knockout’ quiz and treasure hunt for attendees but the ultimate engagement activity in the event was created by implementing gamification with a leaderboard on the virtual event platform. The event prize was won as attendees earned points by participating in the activities throughout the event such as the morning networking coffee, exercising at lunch, posting to the news feed, winning the quiz or answering questions throughout the training sessions.
