On average, we spend one third of our life at work. That’s a lot of time! It’s important we do something we love with people who inspire us in an environment where we can truly belong. This is what we build at Sleek - it’s special, unique, and what we call our Vibe.

None of it would be possible without also knowing how to have a good time! We’re a social bunch, and we take our breaks seriously. We make it a point to step away from our desks and gather at lunch. We also hold weekly office drinks, team away days and wellness initiatives to help us decompress.

Core Hours

You can decide when to start and end your day. Pick a time that works best for you around our core hours. If you need it in the week, you can pick a day to work from home, choosing the day that works best for your schedule.

Holidays

You get 27 days off (with UK public holidays on top). You also get an additional day’s holiday off for each year of service (up to a maximum 3 extra days). 

If your birthday falls on a weekday, take the day off on us — you deserve to celebrate! On the last Friday of each month, we finish early at 15:00. You also get a charity day to volunteer for something that matters to you.
