Project Background

Sleek was approached by an industry-leading tech & cloud-based client that we have previously worked with for over 4 years to align their event sponsorship offering across EMEA.

The clients’ tech exhibitions range from over 3,000 to 12,000+ delegates, over 14 cities. The client found that different sponsorship prospectuses were being created per country and per event. The aim was to align the sponsorship package across EMEA event programs and would address pricing, benefits and deliverables depending on the country of the event and how many attendees that event would receive.

 

The Sleek Approach

Sleek started by collaborating with the clients’ regional markets and their key stakeholders. We compiled the research of what benefits, pricing and pre-event, and post-event deliverables were currently being offered to different sponsors for each event.

We then conducted country-specific and local market research analysing specific costs per region, to start working on aligning an equal prospectus offering per event.

The sponsorship prospectus brought together the following per region:

  • Overview of all client events 

  • Why sponsor 

  • Audience profiles per event

  • Sponsor package overview

  • Marketing promotional opportunities

 

The Results

Our in-depth knowledge of sponsorship and understanding the requirements of our client and their events allowed us to produce and align the sponsorship prospectus that has now been rolled out company-wide across EMEA for all large-scale exhibitions.

As a result of the success of the sponsorship prospectus roll out, we then went on to write the clients’ Sponsorship Playbook for Best Practice.
