EMEA Virtual Commercial Kick Off
The Challenge
The global tech giant was looking for a 'Commercial Kick off' day to engage and inspire their employees across the EMEA region for the upcoming year. With a widely dispersed workforce and the need to deliver key messaging effectively, celebrate achievements, and foster a sense of unity, the client needed to deliver a virtual event that would captivate and involve thousands of staff members across different locations.
The Solution
Sleek embraced the opportunity and challenges associated with engaging such a vast and widely dispersed virtual audience by creating an event identity and delivering full project management, content management, and set builds for the 'Commercial Kick off' day.
Recognising the importance of close collaboration with the Central Marketing team, Sleek integrated seamlessly with the client's brand and worked closely with stakeholders to understand their aims and objectives. The event identity centered around a breakfast TV show format with a futuristic space theme, emphasizing the strapline 'The Future is Ours'.
Sleek designed a futuristic set with three distinct zones for different segments of the broadcast, ensuring a visually engaging experience. The agenda was carefully curated to sustain high engagement, featuring keynote speakers, customer stories, awards, and interactive elements like virtual bingo and online chat functions to foster real-time interaction among employees.
The Result
This was an incredible Commercial Kick Off that was highly engaging to a virtual audience. Over 3,000 staff members joined the session and were able to effortlessly take part in the live broadcast. This is a testament to the concept, agenda, technical infrastructure and, of course, people who made this possible. Sleek loved working on this project and the feedback the event teams received from the client was so rewarding.
