Winter Incentive
The Challenge
Rapid7 aimed to incentivise the sales team at Softcat, a provider of IT infrastructure solutions, to achieve the highest possible sales of Rapid7 products. Rapid7 wanted to promote and host an incentive competition in which 8 Softcat employees would win a place on a luxury weekend skiing trip.
The Solution
Sleek collaborated closely with Rapid7 to conceptualise, promote, and manage the Winter Escape Incentive. The experience included a luxurious skiing weekend in Morzine, France. Eight spots were awarded to the highest sales performing Softcat employees over a six-month period.
To maintain engagement, Sleek produced all communications including monthly email updates introducing the format, showcasing highlights of the prize, and fostering friendly competition with a leaderboard. Additionally, Sleek provided a personalised 'Mountain Mail' package to top performers midway through the competition, further incentivising participation. Upon announcing the winners, Sleek facilitated a seamless experience by meticulously planning logistics, including hotel arrangements, providing timely transfers, and pre-booked ski hire services.
The itinerary catered to both experienced and beginner skiers, offering guided tours and ski lessons, while also incorporating social activities such as an afternoon at the après-ski at La Folie Douce.
The Result
The promotion and delivery of the winter escape incentive was incredibly successful. The client and their guests were absolutely delighted with the experience and we received excellent feedback including the following:
