Enterprise Integration Summit Europe
The Challenge
SnapLogic, a leading tech company, sought to organise a one-day virtual conference, the Enterprise Integration Summit, tailored for their European audience. With the aim hear about the future of the modern enterprise and its trends, challenges and best practices. SnapLogic wanted to deliver an engaging and informative virtual experience that would attract up to 300 delegates, accommodate multiple event tracks, provide valuable insights into attendee engagement, and offer a user-friendly platform for both speakers and participants.
The Solution
Sleek collaborated closely with SnapLogic to grasp their target audience and event objectives, selecting an appropriate platform. By customising the platform's CMS to align with SnapLogic's branding, content, and creative elements. This involved creating event pages, uploading SnapLogic imagery, and branding the platform according to SnapLogic's colours and identity formats.
Sleek also coordinated with event sponsors to establish the Sponsor Exhibitor space, incorporating sponsor documents and contact details. Additionally, a Twitter feed was integrated using the hashtag #EnterpriseIntegrationSummit and managed event registrations to build attendee and speaker profile pages.
Prior to the event, Sleek partnered with SnapLogic on a pre-event communication strategy to enhance registration and encourage attendees to explore the platform in advance. They facilitated technical speaker rehearsals to ensure smooth operation on the day, covering platform navigation, virtual presentation best practices, and troubleshooting queries from speakers.
The Result
The Enterprise Integration Summit comprised of 33 live sessions, 8 event sponsors and 35 speakers. The event was designed to be spread over two event tracks, giving attendees the option to create a schedule suited to their interests which proved to be a huge success.
With over 330 attendees logging in to attend the event on the day, achieving their goal of 300 live attendees, delegates experienced a range of fireside chats from the leading SnapLogic team members, customer showcases, thought leadership sessions as well as event sponsor features. As content was essential to this event, to ensure the virtual sessions remained engaging and interactive, Sleek advised for features such as polling & live Q&A to be mixed in throughout the event to allow attendees to engage.
Understanding that brand awareness was also a key component of the event, attendees were encouraged to Tweet the event hashtag throughout the day highlighting the sessions they were attending and enjoying. Integrating this Twitter feature into the virtual platform activity feed not only allowed SnapLogic to build brand awareness on social media but also created a community within the event.
Post-event, Sleek worked on editing the video recordings from the event to allow for a seamless on-demand experience that attendees can now go back to review and revisit sessions from the day.
With lead generation and brand awareness the main drivers for companies to hold an event or sponsor an event, a post-event report was given to each company to assist with their lead generation and ROI engagement figures. This report gave insights into which attendees clicked onto their sponsor page, engaged with the content on their page and provided information on what delegates attended which event sessions.
